Ran an estimate on the home page? Your estimate was copied to your clipboard automatically — paste it into the notes box when you book so we arrive with the right setup and enough time blocked off.
Booking doesn't lock in a charge. We confirm the final price with you on arrival, and you approve it before we start. If the job turns out smaller than you estimated, you pay the smaller number.
How to prep before we arrive
- Clear small items off the carpet — toys, shoes, laundry baskets, pet bowls.
- Leave furniture where it is. Light furniture moving is included; we'll handle it.
- Vacuum if you have time. Not required, but it helps the extraction pull more soil.
- Plan on 4–8 hours of dry time with good airflow. Fans and open windows speed it up.
- Let us know about pets, gate codes, or tricky parking in the notes when you book.
